Anzac Medals

Please note...this post has been a long time coming, The photos were lost in the deep, dark photo archives of my phone. Sam was worried this post was never going to be written. My heart was pounding and my mind busy as to where  the photos had disapearred to...a last they were found.... so please enjoy!

These medals Sam proudly wears are is Dads and Grandads medals. The photo above shows  Sams Dads medals he has recieved while on duty. The photo that shows two medals are Sams Grandads medals.

Sam thinks these medals are great because... "My Dad recieved his 5 medals from doing lots of different things in the army and my Grandad got two medals for his time fighting during World War 2"

Sharing our learning.

The Avengers reading group shared their research projects today. Everyone was very impressed with the information that they discovered. Their classmates then gave them some positive feedback. Giving feedback is such an important part of learning and the students are getting really good at telling each other what they have done well...we will soon be learning how to give constructive feedback too.
